Unilever's Commitment to Diversity and Supplier Development Programme

Summary

Unilever has committed to spending €2bn annually with diverse businesses worldwide by 2025.

They will increase their spend with diverse suppliers as well as also supporting these businesses with a new Supplier Development Programme that will provide access to skills, financing and networking opportunities. They will also work with our main strategic partners to encourage them to commit to supplier diversity.

Unilever will set up partnerships with key external partners to support in the identification of diverse businesses from under-represented groups such as women, race/ethnicity, LGBTQI+ and persons with disabilities.
