Gender Smart Enterprise Assistance Research Coalition (G-SEARCh)
Summary
G-SEARCh comprises a group of five, like minded impact investors committed to building the evidence base for investing with a gender lens. Members are investing with a gender lens because we believe that gender diverse teams lead to better financial and social outcomes and understand that supporting and empowering women and girls is critical. G-SEARCh members are committed to building the business case that embedding gender-smart practices in the DNA of early- and growth-stage SMEs in emerging markets, empowering women at all levels of the organization, will ultimately deliver enhanced social and financial returns. G-SEARCh is made possible by the generous support of our donors, the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) and USAID's Powering Agriculture Investment Alliance.
