Olivia is a Senior Investment Associate at Volta Capital where she is focused on fund structuring and strategy advisory for growth opportunities. Olivia works with corporates and investors entering and/or expanding in emerging markets across Africa and Asia to identify the right investment opportunities and design transactions that facilitate the flow of capital to these opportunities as well as from these opportunities to the investors. She has also worked in setting up new investment funds to provide growth capital for highly scalable opportunities.

She also co-leads Volta's work in gender-lens investing for private equity clients expanding their impact investing portfolio. She has published seminal work on investing in the pathways to employment for adolescent girls and young women in low- and middle-income countries. She also worked with a large family office to develop one of the only dedicated investment facilities for investing in the care economy in the world.

She combines her expertise in transaction structuring and her passion for women’s economic empowerment to support investment strategies and growth stage companies in emerging markets.
