Dr. Mara Catherine Harvey is a senior leader in finance with 20 years of experience in wealth management. In her current function as Head of Client Services at UBS Global Wealth Management, she is dedicated to helping clients have more impact with their wealth: as families, as entrepreneurs, as philanthropists and as investors.

Over the past years, she has committed to advancing equality in finance, empowering women financially and making gender equality investable. She is frequent speaker at international conferences, featured extensively in the global press for her team’s innovative efforts to advance gender equality in the financial industry. She is an advocate for SDG 5 and published author. Her latest publications are Women and Risk - Rewriting the Rules (2018) and a series of 6 children’s books on money, equality and sustainability: A Smart Way To Start (2018, 2020).

Mara holds a doctorate with highest honors in Political Economy from the University of Fribourg, and lives in Zurich, Switzerland.
