Dipti is the member engagement director at Toniic working with members in LatAm and the west coast. She has fifteen+ years of experience working with start ups, venture capitalists, multinationals, family foundations, individual philanthropists, nonprofits and corporate foundations. She excels at building marketing programs and strengthening relationships to scale organizations and secure new business. Her focused efforts include social impact, corporate social responsibility, marketing, communications, business development, fundraising, strategic partnerships and alliances. Dipti has served as an advisor to companies looking to build and sustain positive social impact within their culture, individuals and family foundations looking to leverage their personal resources for social good and to nonprofit organizations seeking to scale and grow their vision and mission so they may increase the reach of their work and start ups looking to grow their market share and further define their business model.

Most recently Dipti was a vice president at The Philanthropy Workshop, an organization founded by Hewlett and Rockefeller to help individual philanthropists define and maximize their social impact goals. As a member of the executive team, Dipti led the West Coast office, partnerships, alliances and marketing for the organization. Dipti was the founding executive director of Pledge 1%, building and spearheading a movement of social impact in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Leveraging Salesforce’s unique 1-1-1 philanthropic model, Dipti helped hundreds of companies, venture capitalists and incubators globally commit to allocating and contributing untapped corporate resources for their communities.

Prior to Pledge 1%, Dipti was a vice president at Uplift, a tech startup focused in the travel space. Dipti also worked as the marketing partner for the development and corporate responsibility departments at Silicon Valley Community Foundation and was responsible for marketing and business development at Entrepreneurs Foundation. Prior to her work in the impact space, Dipti spent four years in the biotech sector.

Dipti holds an MBA and Bachelors of Art in English from Santa Clara University. Additionally, Dipti serves on the Advisory Board of Greenlight Fund.
