Diana Kolar is an Investment Executive on the Debt – Trade and Supply Chain Finance team at CDC Group, the UK’s Development Finance Institution. At CDC she is focused on closing the trade financing gap faced by businesses in Africa and South Asia, and she is also passionate about gender lens investing (she is a member of the Investment Officer working group of the DFI Gender Finance Collaborative).
Diana graduated from the MBA programme at the University of Oxford – Saïd Business School in 2019, where she was heavily involved with the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship and also led the school’s venture capital fund (investing in the fund’s first company with operations on the ground in Africa).
Prior to her MBA, Diana spent 6+ years at J.P. Morgan in NYC, where she was a Vice President on the Debt Capital Markets team. While at JPM, Diana was responsible for structuring debt transactions across sectors (particularly Technology and Financial Institutions), and she most recently managed banking relationships on the loan syndications team. She is a strong supporter of women in finance and led multiple women in banking groups at JPM.
