Shruti is a senior investment professional with over a decade of private equity & venture capital experience investing in businesses across multiple industries and geographies. She currently heads SME Ventures and Startup Catalyst programs at the IFC. She also leads IFC's gender focused initiatives in venture capital & private equity. At the IFC, Shruti has experience across PE & VC in both direct & indirect investing. Prior to IFC, Shruti invested in late-stage venture capital in Silicon Valley and private equity investments across emerging markets.
