Kristy is currently the Director of Private Finance at Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. She leads DFAT's work on blended finance and private finance across Asia and the Pacific, including the Australian Government’s work on gender lens investing through a range of programs and partnerships. Investing in Women and the recently established Emerging Markets Impact Investment Fund are two flagship Australian Government initiatives in this area working with investors and business to build the impact investing and GLI market in SEA and the Pacific. Prior to joining DFAT she worked on innovative finance and climate finance across the public, private and not for profit sectors.
